is it friday the 13th?

Seriously.

You know that space next to Bravo Pizza on Brighton Ave? Big windows, usually someone standing outside smoking, some kind of music pouring on to the street?

Harper’s Ferry, that’s it. Well, it’s closing. On Halloween.

I mean, yeah, not my favorite venue in Boston but IT’S A VENUE. We kind of need those things. I’m no reporter, read Michael Marotta’s article for more deets.

Also in the news is the situation happening at Sound Museum. Here’s an idea: Someone acquire a dece warehouse, soundproof up some practice spaces and maybe also make part of it a venue? Easier said than done I realize, but can you imagine the musical utopia it’d be?!
