Wow, you’d think life would maybe take a few days break after Thanksgiving, wouldn’t you? I have barely had time to digest.
But no, there was the aforementioned Andy & Zeus / Thick Shakes show at Cake Shop, where an Australian man said “Hey, those guys are REALLY good” after Thick Shakes.
Then, there was the Nick Poot Memorial show at Tommy’s Tavern. And Monday, the show I didn’t know was happening until I walked into work. Ex Humans, King Louie’s Missing Monuments (fr. Louisiana), Night Birds, and Pretty Quick.
Yesterday we saw Janeane Garafalo do a set, which is something I won’t soon forget.
